1. What types of sarees do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sarees including Kanjivaram, Mysore Crepe, Soft Silk, Cotton, Chiffon, Georgette, Tissue, Organza, Semi Silk, and exclusive Bridal Sarees.

2. Do you offer men's ethnic wear?

Yes! We offer a full men’s collection including Pure Silk Dhotis, Kurta-Dhoti Sets, Wedding Suits, and Traditional Silk Shirts.

3. Do you ship sarees internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Is domestic shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

India: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International: 5–7 business days depending on customs clearance

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders and shipped items cannot be cancelled.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer exchange only in case of damage or incorrect item received. No returns or cash refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

10. What is a Discount Coupon Code in case of exchange?

If an exchange is approved, we issue a discount code equal to the product value, which you can use within 15 days on your next purchase.

11. Do you customize products?

We currently do not offer customization. All product sizes and specifications are clearly listed—please review before placing your order.

12. Is there a minimum order value for international shipping?

No minimum order value is required, but shipping charges vary by destination and weight.
