Track Your Order

Find out where your New Sudarshan Silks order is, every step of the way.

Step 1 — Find your order number

Your order number starts with NSS (e.g. NSS1418). You can find it in:

  • The order confirmation email sent to you right after purchase
  • The shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number
  • Your account order history if you have a store account

Step 2 — Track via your shipping confirmation email

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. Click that link to see real-time delivery updates from the courier.

Step 3 — Track directly on the courier website

We ship via The Professional Couriers (TPC India) and partner couriers managed through Shiprocket. You can track your parcel directly using your tracking number:

Enter your tracking number (e.g. BLR450495017) on the TPC website to see live status.

Step 4 — Check your order status page

You can also view your order status, including fulfillment and tracking details, directly on Shopify:

Sign in to your account to see all orders and their current status.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier 2–3: 5–8 business days
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or regional holidays.
